Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

For 2020 BELR Leadership Gatherings, cancellations made more than one month in advance will be refunded in full, minus a €50 administrative fee. Cancellations made less than one month in advance are subject to a forfeiture of 50% of the registration fee plus the administration fee. If you must cancel a registration, please e-mail Julia Long.

 

For the 2021 Retreat, cancellations made more than one month in advance of the Retreat will be refunded in full minus a €250 administrative fee. Cancellations made less than one month in advance are subject to a forfeiture of 50% of the registration fee plus the administration fee. If you must cancel a registration, please e-mail Julia Long, programme coordinator at the College.

Cancellations made within two weeks of the start date or no shows are not eligible for a refund. If registration is cancelled at any time, you can choose to send a colleague in your place, who would benefit from and make a valuable contribution to the programme. Alternatively, you can apply your fees to saving your place in the following year’s programme.
